Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the CrownOS website and dental practice management software (the "Service") operated by CrownOS.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

2. Use License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use our Service for its intended purpose of managing a dental practice, subject to these Terms and any applicable subscription agreement.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • All activities that occur under your account.
  • Ensuring that your use of the Service complies with all applicable healthcare laws and regulations, including HIPAA or equivalent regional regulations.
  • The legality, reliability, and appropriateness of all patient data you input into the Service.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features of the Service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring schedule. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be provided for partial subscription periods.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of CrownOS and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall CrownOS, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

CrownOS is a software tool, not a medical device or a substitute for professional clinical judgment.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the applicable laws, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
